For many of us the struggle often is being able to be grounded, and figuring out how to integrate the spiritual, soulful, intuitive self through our worlds in a very masculine, hyper productive, matter focused & wounded world.
My hope is to build a community that practises a reverence for the SOUL OF HUMANITY, sees the ESSENCE OF LIFE IN ALL THINGS & is OPEN TO THE DIVINE INVITATIONS to surrender every single day.

Your soul is calling you to come home to who you are.
Your soul knows why you are here and what your purpose is in this life.
Your soul is seated within your Heart & its when you become disconnected from your Heart that you create struggles and hardships in life. In order to reconnect to your path, purpose & peace in life, you must learn to slow down, make space & hear the gentle whispers of your soul.
It is in the surrender that we rediscover ourselves... our true selves, not the version we've gotten really good at "playing."
To surrender is to detach from all you've ever known. To be uprooted and unravelled.

Sometimes all you need is a little heart to heart.
We can get so busy, caught up with life & disconnected to ourselves.
I believe true success is PEACE. And mastering that inner peace comes through BALANCE.
Nothing exists or happens in isolation, everything affects everything. So if we want to create a successful life, we must create balance.
To restore balance, we must work with all parts of ourselves, slow down, become unravelled and come back to our TRUE ESSENCE.
My hope with this podcast is to inspire you to live surrendered to the flow of life, come alive to the fullness of what it means to be human & to find healing by coming HOME to yourself... and ultimately to one another.
