What if I am running late?

We strongly encourage arriving 5-10 minutes early to find parking and to locate the court. Please join our WhatsApp community and notify the organiser if you are running late. No refunds will be issued for late comers or late cancellations. 

What if I need to cancel?

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of event. This is due to court hire policies. Please join our WhatsApp community and notify the organiser if you have any concerns or questions. Credits may be issued for future events if cancellation is within 72 hours. 

Does every game proceed?

Court booking may be cancelled within 72hrs if there are <4 players for 1 court bookings or <8 players for 2 court bookings Refund will be issued if you have registered and paid.
