I give myself permission to live as a citizen of the world.

The more I travel, the more I realise what I am here for. The more connected I feel to the calling within that beckons me forward. I am not here to ‘settle’ into one neighbourhood, one community & to set up my life for good. I am not here for virality, fame or monetary wealth - while those things may happen, I feel that they will just be byproducts of the work I do in the world as I fullfill my calling.
While I enjoy the feelings of luxury and opulence, I am also equally as content with very little- in fact, travelling in Asia in particular has shown me just how okay I am with this. I feel that my business and all the efforts I have put into creating these opportunities of location freedom, influence and service was really just a set up to have a more free, expansive and unpredictable life.
If I’m being really honest with myself, at least at this point on time, I hate the thought of deciding on one location to settle. It feels like a box I will eventually find myself trying to escape should I not break out of it now.
This life is so fragile and my time in it is so finite. The world is so big and there are people out there I am truly called to meet and serve. I don’t know exactly how, when, where or even why. But I feel connected to them.
My soul is being drawn to go out there… not to settle here.
For the past 6 months I’ve fought an internal battle, wondering whether this trip would be truly the beginning of something new or if would be how I get these desires ‘out of my system.’ Deep down I knew it would lead to so much more. So much that I didn’t want to truly acknowledge just how dramatically it would impact my life.
If I am to be brave, I would say there truly is no going back from here.
I have come to terms with my desires and the things I am being called for.
I have had the profound internal shift. This is the reality I wish to live.
I am a citizen of the world.
Travel gets to be my lifestyle.
Travel is how I live out my purpose.
It's how I unlock my next step always.
I am taken care of always.
My needs will always be met.
